Camp 83 RV Park

It's a simple plain rv campground. Some back in, some pull thru, full service sites. One or two trees so no shade really. Outside on north end of town next to farm fields. Not far off the 83 highway, so there's a bit of traffic noise. The blue building has a drop box for the fee, shower, bathroom and washers and dryers, 2.00 each. Has a stove, free books, bags and a calendar. Person not on site. There's other campers that are long term.

Nothing fancy. It served our purpose. All services.|Next to the road, some highway noise. No person on site, first come first serve. There's a blue building to take your fee, shower, do laundry or use rest room. No shade. Pull thru and back ins.

This is a bare bones self service park. Simple but workable utilities (sewer connection is just an uncovered and unthreaded pipe). Sites are level but completely covered in weeds. Location is mostly quiet and located next to a farm. Don't come here for a luxurious stay. It's basically to save money.

This RV park was a great find as we traveled North on Hwy 83! A $20.00 bill got us a full hook up in this peaceful town with a view of open spaces next to a sunflower field. There is a central building with a shower, bathroom and washer and dryer. It's also within walking distance to the Pebble Drive Inn that had delicious food. The sites were good size and fairly level - our class A motor home is 36 feet and there was plenty of room for our car. It would be nice there were some more mature trees and an internet access. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Traveling to Washington via the Black Hills from NY. Found this Campground on Passport America. Decided to take a chance on it. Glad we did. Small quiet campground. 1 bathroom 1 shower. Good hot water in shower. Laundry $2 wash $1 dry - dried in one cycle. 11 channels on antenna. No wifi. 50 amp and water. May have sewer but didn't use. Abuts large field of sunflowers. Long sites. Close to town and good ice cream. Would definitely go back if in the area. Unless you are a camping snob, I would recommend Camp 83. Thanks Laurie.
