Excellent! Very attentive managers helped me find a comfortable room, which was impeccable. Really cute setup, with towels, soap, and toilet paper provided upon arrival. There is free WiFi (they have many routers so it does not lag). . Very secure- cameras everywhere, as well as locked entrances on every side of the building. I recommend this for long or short term stay

The property manager is super nice. Love the fact that there are daily, weekly and monthly rentals with everything included so i dont have to worry about connecting anything thank God since i travel for work. Its small and clean. My boyfriend and i love it. No contract . Laundry on site which is amazing since i dont have to go out with all my cloth. Bus stops and train near by. Great location. There are so many places to eat near by. The 826 , Okeechobee rd and 953 are super close . I recommend this place

I've been renting at this establishment for a while on and off and I couldn't ask for better hospitality. The WIFI works great and the room is just what I need. I usually work and go to school so the place accommodates to my living needs. I've seen the man that left the negative review and he tried to stay at the establishment without paying and caused the owners trouble. That review is written out of spite, unfortunately.

This place is disgusting. The rooms are so small, they are the size of a closet. There's like 300 people there and they all have to use the same bathrooms. No air conditioning whatsoever in the hallways and no maintenance in the rooms. Manager is very rude. Oh and also, the bathrooms are the super dirty and smelly.

Place is ok...manager Sandra is nice she just does her job. But her boss what ever here name is she has these rules with late fees....she charges late fees $10 per day....for unpaid balances even on late fees so if you owe them $30 bucks for 3 days of late fees for each day those 30 are not paid she adds 10 more! Crazy how she takea advantage of families that live here cuz they have no where to go! Since when do hotels charge late fees???? And deposits of $100????? Don't stay here find another place.
