Buffalo Homesteader's Cabin

I rented this cabin for my mother and her male companion as they were attending the Jasper music festival. The GPS did not take them right to cabin. Thankfully, his daughter went with them as my mom would have never found the place. Upon arrival, the road was horribly rutted up and vehicle dragged a little. There were wasps everywhere, dead and alive. Mouse droppings inside. I just wanted my mom to enjoy herself which she did do after cleaning for the first hour she was there. If renting, yall need to ensure a clean and prepared place for your guests. That's all. They did have a good time and said it was very peaceful there.

It's a beautiful little place. It had been closed up for several months so could have used a vacuuming and wasp nests removed from outside chairs, but it was very peaceful, it's off the beaten path and on a dirt road , I wouldn't recommend driving a low clearance car there. If seclusion is what your looking for this is the spot, nice back porch looking out to a spring pond. Deer, squirrels, chipmunks birds, a slice of solitude. No phone service. There was star link but it was sketchey as well. All in all we loved the little cabin.

This place is so peaceful.
