My wife and i stayed here for over a year. It was close to my work. Never had any issues with staff as they have always made us feel welcome. Although the location has its ups and downs, mostly because of truckstop across street which a lot of prostitutes hang out, the security does it job by keeping most of it off property. You just have to be lucky and get good neighbors.

Kelly was amazing to work with. She made me feel good looking at the apartments and was straight up with us. The apartments were clean and no bugs seen! This property is well kept and in a great location. Has clean pools and laundry rooms. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much Kelly!

They for sure keep up with the landscaping,which is beautiful.Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Have to be careful walking around.Saw some homeless people,but unfortunately, that's normal on this side of town

I left Denver metro for Vegas because Denver was very tough. I respect people who survive but Denver is gross. I cannot believe how clean and safe it feels here. Everything in the unit functions, security is on site, lawns are manicured...... I see elderly active in the community and I know I'm in a good spot I feel safe here, I know it isnt a perfect world but I am beyond impressed with this community. I'm glad I left Denver. The vibe is good with the neighbors and I have arguably the best view in Vegas.

I DIDN'T see the actual place ,and I am NOT GOING TO. WHY? It's simple! Diane who picked up the phone was extremely rude. Now I absolutely do not stand for getting a bad customer service especially from people you are planning to give your hard- earned money! And neither should you! Diane , you are fired!
