Budget Motor Inn

I paid for superior Non Smoking Room, but they gave me a dirty smoking one and I went back to the office to solve this problem, not even said I'm sorry, didn't want to give me the room I paid for, he keep saying that isn't a smoking one, I had to open the window even with this freezen weather. I really feel disappointed.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything!!!! Room smelled bad, manager had a bad attitude. Never going to book that motel again.

The room was nice nd everything but like in every comment they said over here it was truth there was bedbugs everywhere even in the mattress even on the walls I do not recommend that place it’s not worth 78$ for that not again nd it’s was smelling like cigarettes😑

I have never been treated so poorly at any other motor lodge and or hotel. I have been to many diffrent ones and never have I seen such filth.Not only is this place repulsive and filthy. The manager and the people who worked the front desk are utterly rude unprofessional and should not work in customer service or hospitality. When we arrived we were treated with an attitude not even a smile.We wanted privacy and was given a room right next to the office.|Once we entered the Room it smelled foul. The bed was lap sided and was missing Springs. The Room in the door had one part of the door latch no privacy at all. The bathroom was the worst. All the towers were off white yellowish there were Brown stains and little black hairs all over the towels. They were dead bugs behind the toilet on th

I stayed at this motel with the owners cousin. It was webs from bugs in the shower. Roaches in the bathroom. There are no King or Queen beds. This is the worst room I ever stayed in. It cost $75 a night which is definitely not worth it. There is no ice machine or water. They only have a soda machine outside near the office. This place needs to be shut down!
