Budget Motel

Nice quaint motel and for the price it's not bad. If I had the means I would stay somewhere else though because the rooms are a little small.

Disgusting there were roaches everywhere the room was so filthy there was stains on the lamp shade the carpets were infested with dirt and whatever else. We were not able to sleep we tried but when I found a roach sitting on my husband's shoulder that's when we called it quits. The door and windows were busted the entry door was held by a sliding latch and it was hollow like a they put up a closet door. There was no a/c it was broke so I had to go to the front desk and get their fan it was still too hot to sleep and the smell in the room was awful.

For only 40$ a night its great for a quick stay to get some sleep while driving a lot. No bed bugs, no bugs in room, and fairly clean. Its better than many rooms ive stayed in costing way more

It's a great quiet rustic place to stay...so much more laid back and less pretentious! Also extremely close to historic Downton Manning and the local Piggly wiggly. Clean And VERY affordable!

It was exactly what I needed after a long day driving. Simple and cozy. The only problem was roaches.
