Budget Inn

Stay lasted minutes. Older guy with cane, I assume owner or manager, wouldn’t let us check in. Thought we had the wrong place. Pulled around the back while calling to check. Nope. Older guy came right out the back yelling and telling us to cancel all reservations. Frustrating road trip already after LA traffic and trying to coordinate with others. Wanted a rest stop for cheap. Reservations for 3 rooms cancelled before check in. Was told no problems on phone. Literally had to call family and have them meet nearby across street at Flying J, just to tell them our reservations were cancelled. 😂 Dodged a bullet for the others I guess, but not a place worth trying to save a buck for. Holiday Inn nearby… about 25 minutes further. No hassle and you don’t get harassed before check in.

Rooms smell from cleaning, but it is always clean, comfortable bed. Fruit Loops the only choice at breakfast, and they may have wifi, but I have never been able to access it in all the years I gave stayed here, which is at least once a year for about five years now. Yes, I keep going back. Quiet room, Good heat and ac, and comfortable beds. TV works fine.

Was totally surprised by the size of the rooms. They are clean and modern way better than motel 6 way less drama for the same price. Was very quite I'd definitely return. Only change I'd make is tvs are very small.

I went to this place with my family, HORRIBLE. IT SUCKED, the workers here did not care at all about my requests and said there were no more spare towels. TOWELS!! The room was DISGUSTING! Roaches and a bunch of blood stains everywhere.

Rooms are disgusting got a friend a room last week and helped them take their stuff to the room and that place was so bad roaches crawling on the walls the room was full of mold the place was so nasty I felt bad leaving them there . $100 a night is way over priced for a roach heaven hotel I ended up getting sick from the mold spores on the ceiling. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless dog this place is nasty and needs code enforcement to close it down
