The service was very poor. Rooms were nasty. Management was very poor. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I left and went to stay and a better quality hotel for approx the same charge for rooms. Toilet broke and took 3 days to repair. Dryer didnt work. Phones dont work. Bathroom doors dont close. AC units dont work right. They even charge your credit card without your knowledge. The bedspreads clearly arent washed and the sheets only get changed when they feel like tending to them. As far as toilet paper its best to supply your own or youll be left in a bind waiting on them.

Was interesting. We were the only ones staying at the Inn. Amazing wifi.There was no breakfast. No parrot. The floor was softer than the bed. And the air conditioner had a strange humming sound but it had good cool airflow. We stayed in room 105 on October 11. And a dead cockroach in the bathroom. But it was 45$ for the night.

They are so nice here rooms are always clean it was very quiet and the lady is very polite and very affordable have icebox cable free wifi and microwave and the water in the bath is so hot just like I like it always enjoy my stay here

For the most part for it's price it's not bad in a pinch. Although a warmer way of conversing with the customer would probably go a long way. It'd also help if they took initiative to be more accommodating like if someone calls up front for more toilet paper, offer to bring it to the customer. You'd be surprised how much a little courtesy and effort made to show customers that you appreciate and value their buisness would benefit you. Most places make minimum effort. Encourage your employees to stand apart from other businesses and perhaps think of creative/inexpensive ways to surprise people and make their stay memorable. Stayed here during our trip to Palmetto State Park. Nice Customer Service, decent breakfast, CLEAN, Outdoor pool, even a parrot in the Lobby! Great place for the price, especially when you plan on being I am almost there the State Park almost day. 👍
