Budget Inn

Had a decent night's sleep the rooms were pretty clean. However the next morning I wanted to rent my room again and they said I had to check out until 3 p.m. when they were done cleaning , I was unsure the purpose of this. My companion who is in the car had already left for work it was truly inconvenient. So I was stuck out with all of our stuff from 11 to 3. When I explain this they were insensitive to my situation so I chose to relocate. However Pittsburgh has a lack of decent motels so I went on to Mount Pleasant where I was accommodated with the early check-in.

If you want coffee ☕ you better get in there before 9:00 am. People are hard to understand but nice. Rooms are clean. Bed is a king size. Cheap price.

I was visiting a friend that has recently had surgery. He was supposed to have an accessible room but his chair would not fit in the bathroom. It was clean & they were very diligent about no smoking. That is why they got 3 stars but couldn't give them more because accessible isn't very accessible.

Nice, clean rooms. The owner is a very very nice man. I have stayed for 3 nights, and nothing to complain about. It's a very quiet place! You can't hear ppl walking around in the room above you nor anyone outside in the parking lot. I give it 5 stars. Would give more but 5 is all it will allow me to give. Highly recommend for a good, clean, friendly place to stay!!

They have roaches in the room. The bed has cigarette holes and the cleaning lady don’t clean
