Budget Inn Perryton

Room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit small if you are a bigger person as my friend would say they don't want to have to sit with one foot in the tub while on the commode lol.. they have a glass hallway which helps cut down on traffic noise also so all together not a bad place to stay and affordable.

Owners & Staff have treated us with exceptional care & extremely nice & they have updated this motel and rooms are nice, quiet & have all you need in them.. they keep this entire motel clean. Economical & best bang for those precious dollars. Thank you staff, for our comfort & relaxation & amenities

From the outside the appearance isn't modern , the sign is faded and blends into the surrounding area , it almost seems out of place. Don't let the appearance fool you . It is a budget hotel and priced accordingly but inside they have clean modern rooms that are affordable. The appliance's are new , the beds are comfortable and the hot water is there when you turn the knob.

No stars!! BED BUGS! After booking online they didnt have any of my info, guy at the front desk not friendly. And i had to spend 30 min on the phone. Seemed annoyed that i had a dog, but is listed as pet friendly online. Charged $15. I went to the room, and i checked the mattress as i always do and sure enough evidence of bed bugs. I ran right back to the front desk. Got my money back and ran far away to a better hotel! They tried to deny that they had the bugs but we're a but too quick to refund me. They had no one else in there staying other than people who seem to be living there. Dont waste your time and money

Older property that appears to have been recently refurbished. It is clean and quiet and everything in the rooms worked well. The owner is very responsive to request and is very friendly. We booked three rooms and all were in good shape.
