We stopped overnight on Christmas Day. The young woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Called around to find us an open restaurant. The Chinese restaurant she recommended was very good. I believe her name is Kristen! The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel had one of THE most COMFORTABLE beds I’ve experienced at any hotel! Plus it was CLEAN and QUIET! The “quiet” was a surprise because once we closed the door to our room, we couldn’t even hear the boisterous guys across the hall in the “board room”. And the breakfast was also one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve ever enjoyed at a hotel! Real scrambled eggs with ham or pica de gallo, biscuits and sausage gravy, seasoned potatoes, sausage patties—all cooked and served well. They will even make your eggs the way you want them, if you prefer. The shower was one you wanted to just stand in for a while. You won’t go wrong here.

Had a great stay overall, but I especially want to shout out Lydia from the breakfast area. Breakfast had technically just ended, but she was incredibly kind and still let us eat. She was super welcoming and made us feel taken care of first thing in the morning. Little acts of kindness like that really make a stay memorable. Thank you, Lydia!

Positive: The receptionist when we checked out earlier then planned. She was exceptional! She was able to get us a refund after we had to leave early because of weather. Negative: Prior to dealing with the staff had said we?d be charged despite giving them over 24 hours notice that we would be leaving earlier than planned.

The only reason I gave 4 stars for the room was because our room was right across from the pool and hot tub and when someone was in the hot tub, there was a whistling noise that we could here even when we had the tv on. The breakfast was supper and the had many different things to eat. We loved the ample parking and it was easy come and easy go. Such a good location and the staff was great. If we are in the area next time, we will most defiantly stay there.
