Budget Inn

This is very possibly the cleanest budget motel I've ever stayed at. No complaints worth making, there is a mosquito problem outside, but that is part of nature and beyond the owners' control. The desk staff were very helpful. The rooms are like a VERY small Hampton Inn with absolutely all the non-essentials removed, no in-room coffee but they did have a microwave and a larger refrigerator than I expected. I failed to set the thermostat on the refrigerator and lost some food, but that was on me. The beds are extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is fairly decent. The garbage bins are in back of the hotel, not out front, which was a little surprising, but not an issue. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I'm in the area. This motel was a bit out of my way but I chose based on good reviews (in this price range) and the fact that the proprietor responds to the reviews as this indicates a proprietor is truly concerned about customer service and satisfaction. I was not disappointed; even more pleased in person. The grounds were well landscaped and maintained, the room was super clean. No frills but all the basics :) This was just an overnight stay for me and my 2 fur babies and it was perfect for us. The bed was not too hard, not too soft, just right! We all had a great night's sleep. I like this old style motel/hotel where you park your car right at the door, so convenient! currently staying here, just asked for towels and rags and new sheets for the bed, and the person at the desk gets a attitude saying that i should “try taking care of the sheets instead of wasting stuff” i paid $89 for one night and haven’t gotten my moneys worth, the disrespect is unacceptable, rooms are decent but smell was unbearable of cigarettes and burn holes in the covers, and the bathroom door won’t close. If you are a person that can handle an attitude with no problems be my guest.

This is a budget motel and I'm a Hilton gal... but I loved this place. 💜 Tldr; friendly, super clean, high value for the price. Love the Corvette 😁 The staff were very polite and helpful; the owner made sure we were taken care of, even though the reservation and card systems were still out from Hurricane Helene.

The room was very small. You open the door and almost fall into bed. But once the door is shut and you get situated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the room. Prices were very reasonable. All 1st floor rooms, so no stairs. They're pet friendly. I always travel with my dog! There is a waffle house within walking distance, also a 7-11 gas station/convenience store. Many other shops and restaurants just a short drive into Laurens.
