Total jerk at front desk: When Old 22 and the 22 expressway both shut down this evening, my family was temporarily stranded. Not familiar enough to take back roads to get home, and 2 hours to go, there was the threat of unknown winter weather coming and going. I stopped to inquire to stay. He would not rent a room for us given the road and weather circumstances. We had bad weather and 2 major highways closed. Reason for denial was: we had our 13 year old dog, who I explained does not shed and is trained well, after the front desk person said he is worried about the guests who follow will have an issue with the "dog hair on the carpet".... to which I replied... "A vacuum will take care of that and he hardly sheds, plus... we are currently stranded." He refused anyway. Hope no one ever h

Some rooms need a lil TLC. As for the staff,,,, They're Great. Price is fair. But for someone who uses their services regularly or more often than others and shows them respect.. I feel they should get a better rate.

Place is loaded with bed bugs. I had to throw away everything I brought in there and slept in my car. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. I wound up taking a 1 hour nap. And the owner knows it's loaded he said nothing when I told him about it. I paid cash. This is not a family place or for travelers. It's the other kind of motel.

Convenient location, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel, I just stayed here and it was disgusting. The corners of the room were covered in filth and stains, and when I walked in at first I was also able to see a bed stain. No bedbugs, but I sure did see different types of bugs running across the floor and into the cracks of the walls. The way they have the electrical cords seat up is a fire hazard too, I have a picture of that and its the only outlet in the entire room. Other than a completely useless one on the ceiling for some reason I was able to take a picture of by the clothes hangers. Also wallpaper ripped, falling off the walls and ceiling as pictured in the bathroom ceiling, and writing on the bathroom wall. Oh yeah, and to top it off, the owner originally told me on

Disregard my husband's review below! These people are not clean at all. The managers wife cleans the rooms and she must get paid by how fast she "cleans" them. They will not give you clean towels, sheets, or toilet paper unless they get a background check and references. Do not waste your money and avoid this establishment at all cost!!!
