Budget Inn

So here's the thing. I think people wouldn't be so harsh if the nightly cost was lower, say 45 even 50. However at a certain price point people expect more. This is very much a location that target audience is the random truck driver or construction worker. Big open parking lot. It is excellent if you have dogs. I would not recommend for families. It's in kind of an industrial area, so there was a strong smell of sulfur. The interstate is right in front and the train runs right behind. It probably wouldn't be as loud but there are no curtains or strong seal to the door to muffle noises. The itemized price list does feels petty instead of instructional. (They could simply say that there will be a charge ranging from $5-500 depending on item) I do also wish they would just tell you that the

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Air conditioner worked but TV didn't. Toilet flushed and bathtub drained. Had to go to Park Motel to book another night at Budget Inn as no one is in the office until 3 p.m. as the motels are both owned by same person and guess they can't afford a full time lobby worker for both motels. Parking lot bright lights shine in all the rooms as there are no drapes and the blinds aren't the room darkening kind. Least expensive motel in Denison so people deal with inconveniences.

Service I gave a one star for but if I could have give no stars for it I would have given no stars you don't get room service around here to check in to get anything you have to drive down the road to another motel to even get a trash bag I guess the same person owns the same motels which I think is a croc they don't take your trash out they don't vacuum they do nothing they are the laziest people I know and for you to have to drive to another motel to check in here for you to have to drive to another motel to get trash bags for you to have to drive to another motel to get anything why can't they give you the stuff you're paying for the room and then you have to use your own personal gas to go to them and then sometimes when you go to that other motel there's nobody at the front desk so ho

stayed there on construction job went to check inn sunday was told to come back a 3, lady was there waiting on here room, they checked her in but not me, if u like a room that you take out the garbage and the can outside is overflowing,if you like room after two weeks i had ask them to change sheets and sweep, if you told you can take more than a glass of ice at a time, if you like ac condioner that is noisey, and trains rolling by alllll night if u like to have to ask them to clean and bring bring you toilet paper, internet that works half the time this is a place for you! travel lodge is 10 dollars more and wayyyy nicer.

I am the manager at this motel and I can guarantee you that the comments Mr. Eric Shon stated on here regarding bed bugs and fleas is completely false. Mr. Shon was angry with the motel due to him not informing the motel of his dog and he was charged the daily pet fee that He did not want pay. We have not had any issues with bugs here. All of our staff are trained to look for any pests in all aspects whether it be bed bugs, spiders, roaches, ants or any other creepy crawler. We have a professional exterminater on a regular basis treat the property for preventative maintenance. Unfortunately we cannot control what a guest may be carrying with them therefore we take all precautionary measures we can. I have not had any issues with any pests while I have been the manager here at Budget Inn.
