The owner was very nice and social. Kinda made me feel like family. I wasn't bothered at all in my own space.... and everytime he saw me outside he talked to me and asked if I needed anything. The Pepsi machine is broken, but he does have cold drinks at the window.... and there's a coke machine across the road, also a dollar store that you can see from the parking lot.

Very bad place. A friend of mine was renting by the week. The owner went up in price every week with no explanation. When confronted the third week about the price increase the owner not only began to scream then called the cops to have my friend thrown out. On top of that he kept the money that was handed him for the next week. Would not provide a receipt for payment when asked to get one and kept changing the terms that he would rent by. Avoid this place at all cost. In response to yours.he was never late late due to the fact that not only myself and his father watched him go to office with the money. You run a crooked business and have been reported. Especially since you would never give a receipt

Room 100 DISGUSTING (only room w/white door) BEWARE!! The room was disgusting. Carpets so nasty that your feet literally feel as if they r sticking to the carpet and that's no exhaderation. The shower was discusting with what looked like feces around the drain! Also at the foot of the bed there was a spot that was wet as if there was a slow leak in the shower and running down the wall and under the carpet. It wasn't just gushing with water but when u stepped on it in socks it soaked em. Both of the towels in the room were not dirty like been used over and over but did not feel soft as if they were fresh washed or clean either (dingy and lots of spots on them) and since shower was disgusting i put the two dingy towels in the floor over the wet spot and it helped enuf to keep my socks dry

Management is very helpful, nice, and customer oriented. They are always available to assist you and very happy to do just that. I would definitely recommend to others. The only negative I can say is that the rooms are on the small side, buy they are cozy.

I noticed that the newest owners are professional, courteous, attentive managers that were mindful of their guests. The rates are comparable and very reasonable for the safe and peaceful environment that they work very hard to achieve. It was not only a warm welcome, but an attitude that they had every moment of my extended stay! They take care and put forth effort to also take pride in their new family oriented business. As for my own experience, I was pleasantly surprised with the home-like place that I rented and enjoyed for 12 days! On a side note of things that I observed was the sound of laughter and the sight of their smiles from their children, the tight bond and obvious family ties that is very evident just from catching a glimpse of the newest owner/managers/ family that now occu
