Budget Host Inn

if you looking for a place to stay safe and clean right off I85 near Henderson i would recommend this location. This was much better than my experience in Danville VA. the review is on Executive Inn website. The only problem i had was the ice machine didnt work. all in all i haa a good night sleep.

Booked a non-smoking room. The minute we opened the door, we were overwhelmed by the old smell of cigarette smoke. We went back downstairs to request a new room, note the smell, request a deep-clean, any kind of resolution. Instead, we got, "it can't smell like smoke because I told people not to smoke in there." So I lose my deposit because of something someone else did, and I get to sleep with the smell of cigarettes in my lungs. UPDATE: In the bathroom, you can find such accomadations as, stained towels! Fixtures in the shower coming out of the wall! A used STIFF washcloth covered in pubic hair! Hair in the shower! Don't forget to look at the wall across from the shower to see your very own collection of wall pee. It is more sanitary to sleep in your car.

This place wanted a 20 dollar security deposit and walked in had to replace towels and wash cloths as they were yellow staind and floor needed sweeping will say got good shower pressure 😄 woke up with bugs scattering and bed bugs on me and had bit me. I took video and pictures of bed bugs and went in to get my deposit and hoping least half money back due to bed bugs. Lady

I was racially profiled here on July 2nd. I drove 5 hrs to celebrate my grandmother's homecoming service, and our sister arranged for us to meet here, at this MOTEL. My sisters and I changed into our funeral outfits and carried our bags back to our vehicles. We were waiting for our other sister go get our mother. As we were waiting and talking by our vehicles we noticed two police cars entering the parking lot of this establishment around 10:30am. After a minute or so, we are approached and questioned by the police asking if we belonged there. Mind you, we were never questioned by the hotel staff prior to the police being called. OMG this place needs new pillows. The pillows are so filthy they doubled up the cases on them to hide the filth. They need new mattresses. Again, they covered the mattresses with a mattress case (which is good to prevent bed bugs). They need to bleach up all the sheets, towels & shower curtain...stains on each of them. They need to clean the draws...I didn't use them but I looked to see (crumbs dirt inside them). I could've chosen to not stay there, work managed the RSVP & it was 1am after driving 3hrs to get there (it was in ok condition to stay there as emergency -last resort) but not for a planned trip. Lastly, they ask for deposit but why was it so hard to get a receipt for my proof of refund at 9am. I had to come back during a brief break from work after 11 to come back & demand my re
