Good location. Bait and switch sign though. Advertise lower rate. I paid 85$ with tax. Good TV Good location. No cups for water in the room or pen and paper.

Hotel located near I35W & I820. Sign says rates as low as $39.99. It was a Sunday night and I was very tired when I pulled in. I have seen this advertising ploy before to get you in the door and then they do not have any rooms left at that price. but since there were probably only 7-10 cars in parking lot I thought there would be a room. Of course I was wrong there were not. I settled on a kitchenette room for $60.00. The room was terrible. Shabby looking cupboard doors and drawer facings missing. The bed and flat pillows were very uncomfortable. In the morning I took a shower and the first towel I grabbed looked like someone had shined their shoes with it. Stayed here over the summer with my husband and son. Sam who works the front desk is awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. The room was clean, no bugs, no dirtness. Nearby food places walking distance. Only downfall I must say about this place is very high with cop presence. I know cops are everywhere but when they are always at the motel doing nothing but sitting there it doesn't look good at all. Bad for business

The beds suck, when anyone uses the water the pipes rattle in the wallsthere always seems to be somebody yelling outside found a nice broken crack pipe write out my front door. After a week of this I couldn't stand it. The only redeeming qualities are the really good service they tried to provide. The reasonable prices, and its location.. the staff was very friendly, and I feel bad about giving them three stars because their service deserved 5. But the facility needs a lot of work. And new furniture, critter control would be nice too..

My people came over to help a family that they found on the street sitting under the rain while they were giving away free food to the homeless in the neighbourhood, so they decided to find them rooms to stay. And this receptionist was treating them as if they were not going to pay the rooms for this family and social profiling them because they are black people and telling them that black people don’t pay and when they called the police on him after paying the whose fees he was acting like he doesn’t peak English and even the police officers said that this was not his first time doing the same.
