How to rate this place? So much depends upon one’s expectations, no? |The place is not in the park, but then, it doesn’t ask for park lodging prices. |The hotel is a little worn around the edges, but then, so were some of the rooms we stayed in that we’re asking double the amount, or more. |The room and bedding were clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. The area is so nice and quiet and dark at night. We could turn off the ac, open our window and get clean, fresh air. This is a treat that surpassed the other hotels of our trip. The toiletries provided were also much better than most of the places we stayed, many of them fancy places, asking much more for the night. |The strange part of our stay here was that we never met anyone who worked here. Very good location for visiting Bryce Canyon.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel! No attendant was on duty to address our needs at any time even though check in was until 10pm. Keys left on the counter. Door handle was loose and unable to lock the deadbolt. I researched reviews too late where the same complaints were made 2 years earlier on our room 113!!! Our friends had the same problem with their deadbolt not working. We put a chair and our luggage in front of the door for security. The worst part was there was black mold under both our sinks with water dripping! I just got over pneumonia and was very distressed I was breathing this contaminated air! No one answered my phone calls even though I tried 5 times over 5 days to get a response. No one returned my calls ever! Very bad business!

rooms were decent , those comments about no staff at counter is true , but hey they did call to let me know the keycard will be at the counter to pickup and to call them if any issue . Bed was decent , had a good night rest. dun worry about the door dead bolt , if someone is going to enter , that deadbolt is not going to stop them. Room is your typical room nothing fancy dun expect Marriot / Hilton type of room amenities but hey at least the towel and showers are clean . Location n pricewise , cant beat those in Bryce Canyon City

I don’t usually do reviews but had to let people know how bad this place is. We checked in 3 days ago for one night (2 rooms). No one was in the office to speak to. Our keys were on the counter with our name on it(we were there well before the office was supposed to close at 10). We never saw a person in the office the whole time we were there even though we needed some help. Our room looked decent enough. Bed was uncomfortable to me. When we tried to lock the door the handle was very loose and the top deadbolt did not work (the hole was off by 1/2 inch). We put our chair and suitcases in front of the door for security. Then the kicker was in the morning upon looking under the sink there was black mold all over! The sink was dripping and must have been for a long time to cause the mold and
