Stayed here on a cross-country road trip and could not have fit our needs better! The room was really beautiful, especially considering the economical cost. The bed was comfy and clean. Check in was easy! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Bryce Canyon.
I BEG YOU TO BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Extreme disappointment and frustration with multiple serious issues that occurred. I selected the property based on the amenities advertised on your website/expedia and in the confirmation email, and what was provided fell significantly short of what was promised. To begin with, breakfast was a key reason I booked this hotel. The confirmation email explicitly stated that breakfast would include eggs, meats, and carbohydrates. Instead, what was offered was limited to bread, fruit, and coffee, which is not what was advertised and is completely unacceptable. This is a clear case of misleading information. Additionally, the breakfast hours were inaccurately listed as 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, when in reality breakfast was only available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Th
The location is great being very close to Bryce Canyon. The room was sufficient to lay our heads down at night. Ubfortunately, the cleaning could be better. There was a used wash cloth on the inside of the shower rod and a used juice bottle in the space between the bed and the wall which makes me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. It was nice having a microwave and fridge in the rooms. There is a mexican restaurant in the same parking lot but they do not sell margaritas so we went somewhere else for dinner.

We were tired after having traveled from Capitol Reef and it was high 20 degrees that night , so we took it. |Based on appearance, one could surmise that his was a lodging that had seen it’s better days pass a loooong time ago. They have outdoor pools, which is not useful when it winter temps.|It has a restaurant & bar that was empty with patrons who decided in this place as last resort.|The room had parking in front of it as their was only a cabin with another room next to our. So unloading luggage was easy. It had a jacuzzi tub, a kitchenette with dishes and a small dining table in the back of the room in the kitchenette.|The heat in the kitchenette wa
Positive: Nothing Negative: Room was old, rusty fixtures, shower was disgusting, bed spreads were stained. Local people in old trailers living on the property. Staff unhelpful and non caring, food was awful.
