Brown County Inn

Beautiful property. Friendly Staff, Customer Service was excellent. The beds aren't as comfortable as we hoped because they are more firmer then we like. Definitely a great place to visit, the pool area was beautiful, lots of entertainment for the kids and Love music on the weekends.

Positive: The pool and the restaurant! The price! Negative: The only suggestion I would make is to put a small table next to the bed on side nearest the sliding door to place items on at night. There is plenty of room for it.

The room is basic and dated, beds are not comfortable, bathrooms are tiny. Hair in the tub on arrival. Didn't see a maid once all weekend to offer clean towels or anything else. Room wasn't touched at all. Breakfast was ok, rather expensive for a limited buffet, should be included considering the price of the rooms. No toaster, bit odd. Dinner was awful. Brussels weren't al dente, they were practically raw and cold. Steak sent out cold, the meal had no seasoning. It was sent back 3 times. I'm not picky but this was ridiculous I gave up and ate a cereal bar in the room. They couldn't even manage a vodka, soda with a dash of cranberry served correctly. Thoroughly disappointing and we won't be staying there again.

Stayed on a whim after time in the park. Staff on site were helpful and friendly. I appreciate all of the amenities, pool open late, tasty breakfast, location is perfect to get best of Nashville and easy drive to the park. We stayed with a 6 month old and were grateful for the back door/ground level rooms for easy load in. 100% would stay again!

Location is awesome. You can walk to so many restaurants and shops and the restaurant inside was wonderful. Its also an easy walk or a complimentary shuttle ride to the music venue. The inside is very quaint and comfortable. The year round pool seemed nice though we didn't use it. My only 2 complaints are that they had a huge pool area with no hot tub and that the rooms are not even remotely soundproof. People making noise in the halls sounded like they were in our room. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed.
