Calm, Quiet, Secure, Supporting. These are some of the words that come to mind, having visited several times over the years. Oh; and it keeps getting better. Kudos to facilities.

They take care of you, especially the elderly, it's kept up nice, love the pool, and the party room. I enjoy it here, can have my grandkids come, and have something to do, pool, playground.❤

It used to be a beautiful, quiet place to live. But as soon as they filled the empty lots with homes and to quickly fill them, started allowing leasing with the option to buy, it quickly went downhill! People not obeying the speed limit, so doing anything in your front lawn area with your kids is out of the question because one wrong move and your toast. Getting down the roads in the winter is impossible if there is a good snowfall and you do not have 4 wheel drive; because they don’t plow in a timely manner. Like days after the snowfall! There will only be a plowed path from the front office managers and their sons home (who plows) to the front office and mail boxes. The rest of the park struggles and gets stuck for days until they get enough complaints or hear about someone complaining o

Really great mobile estates place to live. With mobile homes always well managed and taking care of. Always plowed and salted in winter and the ownership cares. Has a swimming pool in the summer and a playground for the kids.

Park is full of short bus riders. They don't plow, the mangers and workers like to stare in your windows, the other reviews must be paid for this park is a 0 star.
