Brimstone Cabins & Campground, LLC

We made a quick stop by Brimstone on our way to visit family. We rented Creekside Cabin and rode the Brimstone trails on dirt bikes. The cabin was clean and accommodating to our family of four. The large porch gave us plenty of space to hang wet, muddy gear up after a ride. We usually stay in more primitive cabins, so it was a treat to have bed linens and towels provided. The trails...oh, the trails. :-) We visited in late May, after a very, very wet spring. I have never slid down so many hills wondering when the back end was going to slide around in front. But we made it with only one minor wipeout among us. Yay! I think we should have stopped by the office and asked more questions about the trails. (Bluffs) Cabin was great. The only problem we could not get the TV to work. When I reported the problem to the staff she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry to hear that very dissapointing. I know we were their to ride but it would have been nice to have it working in the evenings.

Got there and the cabin wasn't cleaned, they give us a nicer cabin but had to go up alot of stairs. But it was a better experience than when it started

Stayed in bunkhouse 5, it was ok. No way to cook anything, the microwave was pitiful. Everything was crazy expensive at this trail system. Half of the trails were closed and we were not notified of any closures prior to booking or arrival. The owners of the property came over as soon as we arrived to tell us not to drive on the grass of spin any gravel in the driveway and we hadn't even unloaded yet. There is a firepit outside, we paid a fortune for firewood and built a fire, the owner again came over to tell us not to play music outside. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. We will not be going back to these trails. Hatfield Mccoy Trails is the best trails we have visited to date. Hopefully this place is not indicative of how all trails are in Tennessee.
