The resort has declined significantly under recent management. During the last storm in February all lifts but 1 were over an hour late in opening. Ski Patrol didn't even start mitigation until 9:30AM. That has been typical. They charge full price even with half the lifts running and 1/3 of the terrain open. Employees are more interested in smoking and joking with one another than engaging with and communicating with guests. Doing nothing to manage the crowds or lines, adding to the confusion and frustration. There's no accountability!!! Feedback on Social Media channels only gets you blocked instead of getting meaningful engagement and operational improvements. The attitude is consumers should just take what they get and have no expectations despite the ever increasing costs, decreasing q

Brighton was such a fun mountain to ride. The vibe is super chill and laid-back, and it feels like a place where everyone’s just there to enjoy the snow. The runs were smooth, the trees were fun to ride through, and the snow quality was great. It’s not as intense as some of the bigger resorts, but that honestly made it more enjoyable and less stressful. Perfect spot to cruise, hit some side hits, and just have a good day on the mountain. I’d definitely come back again.

I had the opportunity to stay at this Lodge for a recent ski trip.at Brighton Ski Resort. This place is extremely close to the lifts. We would walk out the back door and strap on the skis and be on a chairlift within 5 minutes. The lodge is relatively small. I'm pretty sure there is less than 30 rooms total. Upon arrival we were greeted by Monika while still in the parking lot. She made sure all the details were taken care of for us. She got us our lift tickets and provided us with information about the area and other amenities in the area. The room we had was cozy, warm and comfortable. The common areas always had other friendly guests to visit with. If your looking for upscale style hotel amenities, your in the wrong place. This is laid back, no TV's, which causes you to meet people from

The skiing is good, plenty of variety. The part that makes it not worth it is the parking which is horrible. The bussing system is third world country. Long long wait times and packed to a ridiculous unsafe level. If you do visit here absolutely do not come on the weekend. If I had to ski only on weekends id quit skiing the busses are so bad.

We had such a great experience taking ski lessons here. Yim was an amazing instructor, incredibly patient, encouraging, and easy to learn from. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We couldn’t have asked for a better first lesson and would absolutely recommend this resort.
