Bridges Bay Resort

I recently stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend getaway, on February 20th, and we had such a great experience. The resort itself was wonderful! The waterpark was a lot of fun and gave us plenty to do, and the hotel was very well kept. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which made the whole stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly made our trip stand out, though, was AJ. She went above and beyond for us in every way. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, helpful, and incredibly attentive to anything we needed. The room was not ready until 6:00 p.m. they did discount our room and gave us free water park passes. However, the staff at the water park are very unprofessional and rude. There are long lines to get an armband and unclear instructions which resulted in a lousy experience. The rooms advertised are not actually two bedroom. They are a normal hotel room with a sliding door in them. The three-bedroom condo is organized poorly so that you have to go through a bedroom to get to the kitchen. So if you have more than one room and you want to join the other family in their three-bedroom room, you have to go through a bedroom and walk by children that are trying to sleep. Would not go back.

I was honestly hesitate at first after reading the reviews, BUT it was actually a very nice stay. We got the deluxe suite and it was pretty decent size, nice and clean, Great Lake view and two nice sized tvs. Only 2 downfalls are the walls are a bit thin so you could hear people pretty easily but honestly it didn’t bother us especially because once it turned 10 it was quiet time and we didn’t really hear anyone. Other slight downfall is that the bathtub could use some updating. Other than that I personally thought it was well worth the money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The water park was nice and my son loved it! However it is pretty warm in there so prepare to stay hydrated and cool. We stayed 2/14/26 in room 206 on the summer lake property The room was pretty basic, and very overpriced at the the price ($188) we paid. The Internet in the building brought back memories of dialup. Other reviews commenting on the paper thin walls are accurate. You could hear full conversations in every room around you. We could feel the guests above us walking around as it would vibrate the headboard of the bed. Our biggest complaint were the guests in 204 at one point felt it was appropriate to start playing a guitar at 830 at night. We got woke up at 130 to them still playing. We got a break from them between 2-7 before they woke up and were back at it. Full transparency we did not contact the front desk. Mainly due to the fact that they were very understaffed for the amount of g
