Breckenridge / Hubbard Creek Lake KOA Journey

We've been staying at the Breckenridge KOA for over 6 months now. I could not be happier with the staff, facilities, and general atmosphere of the campground. We've had virtually no issues in our time there, and everything is handled professionally. From the cleanliness, to the upkeep on the laundry and restrooms, and the friendly neighbors, I am extremely happy to be staying at the Breckenridge KOA.

I would give 10 stars if I could! The tank is stocked and it’s so fun to watch the kids having so much fun catching some fish! Boudreux the buffalo was a huge hit too! The entire park is beautiful and very family friendly! 10/10 recommend Breckenridge KOA! You will NOT be disappointed!

Mediocre KOA RV Park; Many RVs in horrible conditions, and many water pipe connections are leaky. The dumpsters would be majorly overfilled and would stink. The sites were crammed together, not nearly enough space between them & many vehicles had to park on the street due to lack of space. The bathrooms were often filled and swarmed with insects, just gross. It’s in middle of no where and had to commute over an hour; but had no other choice to stay for a week until another site closer in Abeline became available. 2 stars rather than 1 is because; the ladies at the front desk were kind, I have no complaints about them & the KOA is close to a small Walmart. The pond is nice, but no luck in catching fish the few times we tried. Overall, just not a great experience and could use a lot of impro

We had a wonderful stay at the Breckenridge KOA! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay so comfortable. The campground had a peaceful atmosphere, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in keeping everything clean and inviting. Highly recommend this KOA to anyone visiting the area!

This was previously Buffalo RV park. The park is usually full. Recommend calling. Restrooms/showers are kept very clean and even have heat for winter months. You need a code to access. Laundry facility on premises with a selection of books free to borrow. Nice campground!
