Brandy's Mobile Home Park

I am acquaintances with folks associated with Brandy’s Mobile Home Park, and they have only had good things to say about the property and the neighborhood. Plus, I understand that current management has intentions of making some very good improvements to the overall park. Positive outlook for management direction, living conditions, and affordability … for anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and affordable place to live, I would strongly consider looking at this place.

I moved in a few months ago but the trailers are in excellent shape and maintenance is actually very good. Grass is mowed and there is even someone that takes your trash can to the curb! I have had 0 issues since moving in! Edit: the Laundromat is not part of the trailer park, it is owned and operated separately. There are also free storage units onsite assuming they are not occupied.

Good working washing machines BUT NOT ONE OF THE DRYERS WORK. THEY HAVE POST IT NOTES ON EVERY SINGLE DRYER EVEN THE ONE THEY CLAIM TO WORK TAKES MONEY AND BLOWS COLD AIR

This mobile home park is well maintained and the owner takes care of the park and the residents!

This is a neighborhood that houses friendly people. While visiting family I was greeted by several of the occupants & I felt right at home. 😄
