They put a 53 yr old man who is over 300 pounds on the top bunk. A bunk bed made for kids. Endangered his health and well-being and that of the person sleeping under him. Asked 2x to be moved to bottom bunks that were open and was told both times the bunks where filled which can not be the truth because the next person didn't even check it yet and a previous stay a move to a bottom was down. Next time I stay I will absolutely demand a refund at check in if a bottom bunk is not offered. Only giving them 1 Star because of that BS!

Half hostel / other half cheap motel. Waited one hour to check in, then left as we didn't feel safe. Nothing like pictures. They claimed we didn't show up and they held the room, we told them to rent it as we were leaving. Found a real hostel the same day.

It’s a really nice area and nice room it’s just I never get the warm welcome or get customer service that good

Place is good, great location. I reserved a shared room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing would be that the air conditioning was a bit insuffisiant for the room type in early march.

Would I stay here again? NO. First off the images of this place are very museading and questionable. Some images look like they edited and us AI. Up front they do not mention there was $125 deposit and $57 amenities fee. What amenities exactly. They could atlesst offer free coffee. There was nothing we saw that was considered an amenity. We did not get the room we originally booked. We ended getting a terrible room that was above the motels laundry room. Staff used at all hours so at night our bed would shake because of the washing and drying machine. Our beds we uncomfortable and squeezed ridiculously. The bed barely fit in the room that we actually had no walking space to restroom sink area, basically climbing over the bed. The TV sucked and could not utilize it and most likely need to b
