AMAZING family get away!! If you want to be close to the beach without the chaos, this is your spot. It’s quiet, peaceful, and from the moment we checked in, the team was helpful and kind. They care about creating a great guest experience and we will stay again! 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the fish pier! THE BEST!!

Super close to the beach and very relaxing! We walked to the beach every morning and watched the sun rise and really enjoyed how peaceful the area was. Our RV was great and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again! The communication was also really smooth which we appreciate! 😊

In April 2025, I stayed at the location adjacent o Rollover Pass. Prior to my arrival, I had requested that my stay be adjusted to 6 days instead of 7. I also email them when I departed a day early. It has been three months and still no action on the one day refund. Their customer service is only handled through email. No discussion, only replies that the issue will be escalated. Every couple of weeks, I have reached out them but no one ever gets bac to me. This was my third year of staying there, but the new ownership cannot be trusted to make any adjustments to your booking once they get your money.

We called them last minute to stay for 3 nights, and they were super accommodating! Gave us the very best RV in the best spot:). It was so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Beds were insanely comfy! They provided everything we needed as far as blankets towels dishes cookware. Felt very safe. It was extremely clean! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!
