Boardwalk Hotel on Lake Anna by Kasa

100/10 experience. The space was updated, clean, and extremely cozy and comfortable. I was hesitant about not having staff on site but the 24/7 digital service was everything I needed it to be. Anything I needed was on location, accessible, and clearly marked. I will definitely be back and look for more opportunities to book through Kasa.

When we arrived on Christmas Eve for a family get together, we were a little nervous about the fact that there was a virtual front desk. However, everything went smoothly. In fact, I think we like this better than an actual front desk because you can get into your room quicker. ||We had a king room with a lakefront view, and it was so spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the huge mirror that reflected the lake. The bathroom was huge and very well lighted with all standard amenities. ||We will definitely return and definitely recommend the boardwalk hotel to anyone that is going to this part of Virginia.||Our only tiny issue is that our television did not work but honestly this was not an issue for us because we were mostly out of the room with family members. Excellent facility/hotel. Our room was large, clean and very up to date. I stay in hotels all over the world and I particularly liked the door code technique for entry into the building and the room. We visited in November during the winter/off season and expect this location sells out quickly for the summer season. Book early!

The Boardwalk hotel on Lake Anna is a hotel I would recommend to people traveling to Lake Anna. The rooms and general facilities are very new, clean, and well equipped (the room had a nice size refrigerator, higher end soap/shampoo/lotions in the bathroom, and plenty of pillows and blankets). The bed was conformable, the climate control was strong, and there is also a convenient supply room on the 4th floor with fans, toothbrush/shave kits, towels, extra soap, and a vacuum). To address some comments I've seen in reviews, while the room doesn't have a microwave, there was a common microwave and kitchen supplies (plates, utensils, napkins). Great getaway spot at a reasonable cost. New, clean and absolutely perfect. Went next door to Tim's Restaurant and had a great meal on the water and walked the boardwalk back to our room.
