Overall good experience. Was nervous given the star review but was very impressed. Clean room(s) with minor cosmetic issues. Staff were very helpful and assisted promptly with needs. Would stay again.

Very disappointed, not only was the pool under constructed there was a piece of cardboard blocking off the entrance to it. If you have young kids on the run they could easily get themselves back there and fall right into the empty pool. The breakfast area is freezing with all the cold air coming from the pool entry. Our heat unit wouldn't work normally there was a special set of instructions to use it. Max out the heat to activate the unit then select thr temperature you want. It would shut off and not continue to keep the room that temperature through the night. It felt like a ghost town here and more of an inconvenience that we were here. I understand renovations but there is a tactful way to be open while renovations are taking place, this wasn't it. Don't recommend.

We traveled from west of St Louis MO for a band competition in Toledo. We chose Bluffton Inn & Suites for the proximity to Toledo, the free breakfast, and the large parking lot. We had no idea the quality and hospitality we would be offered!! Toni was fantastic to work with our very large group - from dealing with room changes, to extra late arrivals - she and her staff could not have been more accommodating and professional. Our kids were well fed in the mornings with a hearty breakfast. The rooms were spacious, freshly remodeled from soft goods to shower tiles - everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for you hospitality! We hope to stay here again in the future, should we travel to BOA Toledo again!

This place was a good experience. Easy on and off I-75. Good: Comfortable beds- loved how they labeled the pillows as soft and firm Hot showers Fast Internet Other basic hotel amenities (coffee machine, iron, microwave, etc) Breakfast was good had a variety of hot and cold options. Bad: The hotel is being renovated so the pool was closed. Would stay here again.

Out of the places I've stayed probably the best and usually pretty good on the price and ok pillows
