Our experience with Bluegreen Vacation Club has been a nightmare. We were lured in with a $300 gift card and promises of dream vacations including nationwide RV resorts, but it’s been nothing but lies and financial stress. The "90-minute seminar" turned into 7 hours of relentless pressure to sign a contract we didn’t fully understand. They promised maintenance fees of ~$400/year (this year it’s over $950), easy vacation booking (except nothing is ever available), and the ability to roll over unused points (only half can roll over, and only with a $50 fee and no more than one year's worth). The "orientation" they promised specifically to learn how to use our points was just another high-pressure sales pitch to upgrade our package.
