Customer Reviews
Got to tell you the first thing that impressed me about this place was the customer service. The owner was a very nice and accommodated any issue that we may have had with opening a door which was really silly for us. Do you ever have one of those days that you feel really dumb and it was such a simple deal. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The snow frills motel is truly a hidden gem. Thank you so much for your hospitality and blessings for 2026.
The floor was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. That is the last compliment you will read. The room was very sparsely furnished - a bed, one chair, a desk barely big enough for a laptop with a cheap desk chair, and a stand for the microwave and coffee pot. The couch and the table and chair sets shown in the pictures are not in the room. Lighting was inadequate, and surged and flickered constantly. Multiple electrical outlets did not work. The bathroom was small and the shower tub creaked and groaned every time you moved, as if it was going to cave in. The TV got none of the major networks or ESPN. Coffee was puddled on the top of the microwave/coffee stand.
Room was spacious with two beds, all the amenities and super clean
Nice motel. Obviously an old place that has been fixed up nicely. Rooms are updated and comfortable. King bed is comfy and decent bedding. Bathroom is a bit small but adequate. Uses a window-style AC unit (in the wall) to cool room - when we checked in the AC was off so the room was 100 degrees. Cooled down after an hour or so. No pool. Has a picnic area / corn-hole recreation area in center of grounds. (Probably used to be a pool there!) Location is convenient to downtown (recommend the Great Outdoors - try the Banana Pudding Martini!) as well as the surrounding springs (Ginnie, Ichetucknee, Poe, Kirby etc). Room rate was a bit steep for a motel as I paid about $150-160 per night + taxes. Overall, kind of kitschy - love the old park in front of your room motel thing. Quiet, comf
Rooms are well equipped, clean, quiet, beds are comfy and no awful fabric scents or I wouldn’t stay there. Very nice accommodating staff!
