Blue Sage Farm RV Park

Blue Sage is by far, Eagar's premier RV park. The family atmosphere during the holiday season here is genuine and sincere. The owner's are extremely generous and throw some great holiday parties with food and entertainment. Cookies at Christmas too! Blue Sage enhanced my living experience during my time in the area and was a great home away from home.

My husband and I stayed here for a little over a year and it was by far the BEST decision we ever made. It was safe, clean and great price! We loved the park manager; she always strived for safety and comfort and it was 10/10. We have a 3 year old boy and we were never afraid to let him outside since everyone respected the speed limit and kept an eye out for each other. It wasn’t just an RV Park it was a wonderful community of people. If you’re thinking about staying here for the weekend or long term we recommend 1000% you won’t find a better place to stay!❤️

Hot shower 🧼 🚿 for $10 with a toilet 🚽 and sink. They have tankless on demand hot 🥵 water heaters so enjoy! Also they sell bulk Eagar, AZ city water which comes from the White Mountains 🏔️ naturally from springs and creeks! AAA+++

This park is the BEST in the area! Clean, affordable with a wonderful laundry mat and 4 nice, spacious bathrooms. Spaces are large and level. Petra is such a gem! We will definitely come back again!!

We spent 4 nights at the Park in May 2025. Good water pressure during our stay, very little road noise. The park itself was very quite. The staff was nice and very helpful. We are self contained and did use the restroom / showers but manager showed them to my wife, each restroom had a nice sized shower and a heater and were very clean. We plan to stay there again.
