Blonquist Motel

We found this little gem about 3 years ago when we went to Reno for the first time, than a few weeks later we broke down going back to Reno. We had our baby granddaughter with us and the first thing we did was stay here . I absolutely love the owner, we also met her brother who took the time to sit in the grass and play with Mya. Looking forward to returning this year, and hopefully we will be able to stay a couple of days before we head back to Reno.

Is really the rear part of their home. Only complaint is the lack of screens on the windows. We kept the patio door open to enjoy the nice weather but a cat came in, so we had to close it. Very friendly & helpful service. Full size appliances, nearly new & working good. Kitchen adequetly stocked & they said we should just ask if we needed something. Bathroom small with only a shower but clean & near. A small, private deck out back. Gas is cheaper in Wyoming $0.30.

I ended up staying at Blonquist Motel unexpectedly after my truck broke down near Coalville, but I’m really glad I did. The owner is incredibly nice and friendly — made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Despite the stressful situation, my stay here turned out to be fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful — just what I needed to rest and recharge. It’s a quiet little spot with a cozy, small-town feel. Highly recommend this place if you're passing through or need a place to stay in the area!

Great place, very nice, very restful, lady at the front desk is awesome.

The owners are super nice. Quaint, quiet, comfortable, and clean 1960s vintage motel located right on Main Street very short walking distance from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and groceries. Just a few hundred yards I-80.
