Best Western Holiday Hills

We stayed one night passing through. We are travel advisors and own an agency. We are the highest level guests and check in was fine. We experienced a problem after our stay. We left our Roku stick and remote in room 304 and called immediately on the day we left to inform the front desk. They quickly said no one turned it in, and said they would only call me back if they found it. They didn’t call back. I called yesterday. No one turned it in. I called again today, and Kelly, the manager was very rude and acted as if I were a bother. I would not recommend this hotel purely due to the way they handled this. We stay at hotels approx 150 nights a year and have never encountered management like this hotel has. In addition, the bed was firm and the sheets on the bed need to be replaced. They ar

Not a bad hotel. There’s not much around here. We usually stay here because of work. But the rooms are clean and they do have a pool and hot tub. Free breakfast in the morning. And the gas station convenience store is right next-door.

Positive: The pool is opened 24 hours. Negative: The breakfast area didn't have enough seating.

Rooms were clean, beds were average, location is great, breakfast is fake powdered eggs and yogurt from a dispenser. Mark (the manager) is a complete jerk and does not know how to handle guest complaints. The way he handled a complaint showed he has zero business being in the hospitality industry.

Hotel staff and grounds were lovely. Rooms were neat and clean, dog friendly with ample space to let them wiggle. The grounds were nice and tidy. I was extremely impessed by the staff, sadly the bath tap dripped all night, which was annoying and the shower was one of those that the difference between hot and cold was a tiiiiiny little sliver in the middle. But all things considered those are pretty. minor. I'm pretty sure that if I had complained I would have easily been moved but I was so tired I didn't have it in me to move a room after I was already unpacked.
