A very nice B&B, with friendly staff service and high quality breakfast.   Room quality was also nice and clean - would recommend

I chose this location because of its proximity to the Infinity Music Hall, and it really is very convenient for that.|The hotel common area is beautiful and they have a very nice breakfast area. The grounds are very nice and looked very peaceful. I could easily see weddings and receptions here. The host was very friendly and always seemed to be working! Breakfast was nice and consisted of fresh fruit and then a made-to-order entree.||The room was okay. It was clean, but a very basic room - two double beds (they were out of queen) took up most of the space. The separate bathroom was a good size and had all the necessary amenities. There is no TV - just one in the common room (which thankfully wasn't being used, or I think we would have heard it). The room had a separate AC unit, but in Octo

A beautiful old building that's been well looked after. The chocolate chip cookies and chocolates just as you walk in and the tea and coffee facilities were also very welcoming, along with the gentle music playing in the background. It took us a little while to find the manager so we could check in but otherwise we could not fault the service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the beautiful dining room with fruit, eggs, sausages and seasoned potatoes along with good tasting coffee and a selection of juices. Outside you can smell what I assume is the piggery up the road but fortunately the smell does not make it inside. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom was large and well equipped. very accomodating hosts and staff. very good location. We had an overnight stay and found our room to be very comfortable. Easy parking. After returning late in the evening the entrance was easy to find. Breakfast was delicious with many good choices. Unrushed, we had a nice relaxing and welcome slow start to our day. We do recommend the Blackberry River Inn.

We enjoyed a sunny, spacious, very clean room with nice window ventilation. The property is a beautiful country setting. The historic buildings are charming. Breakfast was fresh, bountiful, and delicious! The waffle and maple syrup topped off eggs, sausage, toast, and fresh fruit delectably. We will definitely return to this lovely B&B.
