Black Desert Resort

My husband and I went to the spa and got a couples stone massage, and it was absolutely amazing. Starting from the wonderful, pleasant Alayna, who booked our appts. She was the most pleasant, sweet and wonderful spa host. Her calm, sweet aura is what every spa should have welcoming the guests. She was in no hurry when I was taking forever to decide on a necklace I wanted, and they had already closed. The therapists were very pleasant and just an amazing experience all around. We will definitely be back soon!

Stop searching and book right now. This resort is top notch. Immaculate. Pristine. Gorgeous. Luxurious. All you want in a resort. And I didn't even touch the food. Amazing all around. The staff was so attentive and courteous. From the moment I walked in, Rayder was so accommodating and pleasant. We had a wonderful conversation. Then, Sadie, the host at Latitude, made an effort to remember every guest's name. She was the highlight of our morning. Maxwell at Basalt was the most charming waiter who knew everything about the menu. He was so personable and topped off our night with recommendations and a touch of class. Truly a five-star experience. The staff is professional and friendly. The facilities and amenities are top notch. Our other resort reservation fell through and Black Desert did not hesitate to help us rebook with them and provide us all the comforts necessary for a relaxing vacation.

Just checked out after a two night stay at the resort and we had an amazing time, the grounds are beautiful and great pool and amenities! The spa is so relaxing, and the staff is so nice and helpful! The whole stay was exactly what we needed after Las Vegas and Hiking the Narrows at Zion NP. We will be back and recommend it!

We've been fortunate to attend all four days of the PGA tour the last couple of years and absolutely recommend the VIP package. We decided to do an overnight staycation last night and with the exception of the 20th Hole restaurant (see review) everything was first class. Our room was beautiful, the view from our balcony was breathtaking and the staff (again with 20th Hole being the exception) were personable and fun. The food at Latitude was also terrific. I struck up a conversation with the evening valet while waiting for DoorDash and was impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. Black Desert Resort is a beautiful asset to our area and we will return.
