BILMAR@The Signature

I desperately needed a get away for some rest and relaxation. After endless searching, I chose this condo and would go back several times per year, if my schedule allowed. The accommodations were immaculate and the furnishings were modern and up to date. Awesome views of Vegas and an amazing jacuzzi tub. I felt very Comfortable there, even during COVID. This was my second stay and I am looking forward to many more. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend.

Totally acceptable hotel rooms. More like small condos. The price was quite steep. The furnishings were a little outdated. The bed was fine, probably a few years old but still high quality. The views from the 17th floor were incredible. It was cold when I was there so I can't say much about the pool. From Tower 2 it took around 10 minutes to walk to MGM Grand. Elevators were super fast, which was really nice. There was a Starbucks in the lobby of tower 1 and a little cafe in the lobby of tower 2. Check-in was fast, and we arrived at 1 PM. Taxi drop off was right in front of the lobby. Monorail station wasn't too far either, so that was a nice bonus!

This place was amazing! Love everything about our trip from check in to check out. Great location just a block off the strip. The hosts communication was great! Made everything about the process smooth. Had access to the whole MGM campus another benefit with booking with the Signature. I would highly recommend booking with this host and this hotel.

Bill was fantastic. Very responsive, able to answer all of our questions (we had a lot!), and easy to work with! He gave us all the information we needed and our stay was stress free thanks to him! Would absolutely recommend staying in Bills listing because it was a beautiful condo, with a great location, and a great host. Thanks again!

It is advertising as sleeping 6, but can only comfortably accommodate 3 adults. You are told there is 1 bed and 2 sofa beds. What is actually in place is 1 bed, 1 old and worn sofa bed and 1 blow up bed. Hardly luxurious! It is not value for money and very disappointing.
