Good enough place to live. Its the location, not the dwelling. Older units maintained the best they can be. The night sky is the reason to stay. Man its funny seeing 1 person that's obviously just a negative review ghost, super useful, good thing most people dont actually look at the poster.

Where do I even start lol? Upon my move in date the rental was in no way ready to move into. The trailer was a run down garbage can that should’ve went to the dump and gotten replaced, but they hired some unqualified tweakers who were tenants on the property to “remodel” the trailer. When we showed up to move us and all of our stuff in there were tarps tools and garbage all over the floor and they were in the middle of installing a toilet in the main bath (which never did flush while I stayed there) There was a used condom and tampon in the guest bath, I’m assuming courtesy of the tweaked out couple doing the “remodel” and there was feces not flushed in the toilet as well. The whole ceiling was FILLED with mold, including the wood on the deck being rotted out. I was moving in with my 6 mon

The owner refuses to fix anything the trailers are falling apart over the summer we where without running water for 7 weeks and when you ask questions your met with unprofessionalism and threats when you ask for maintenance they send tweakers to your door at 9 or 10 o'clock at night to do absolutely nothing but tell you it's not a million dollar house so then when you tell them you are following ors codes to not pay rent until they bring the house up to code and they refuse and threaten you and then a court notice shows up in the mail that they are evicting you even though they have never served you communication sucks super unprofessional

My one year anniversary is coming up April first. I can not imagine living any where else. This winter was so beautiful with the snow. My neighbors are the best from all walks of life. When the owners come from Idaho to visit they both bring Idaho hugs with them the last thing the owner said to me in our first phone conversation about renting was " Suzy I just want you to move up there and just be happy" I am.Any newbies come looking stop by my little blue trailer and say Hi # 13 I'll gladly give you a tour.

This is an amazing place. Anyone who says otherwise was probably the old maintenance people who both got fired for putting minimal effort into their jobs. We now have a new maintenance team and theyre hard working family people. Its a small community with all the bells and whistles. I wouldn't dream of raising my son anywhere else. I've been here 7 years and don't plan to leave any time soon. Were right next to an amazing swimming hole, hiking opportunities, theres a convenience store..a school...and a hardware store next to a church in the quaint little town of Ruch. Close to farms making fresh produce available, wine, and other home grown goods. Beautiful sunsets and breathtaking sunrises. Never get bored with all of these opportunities for adventure and great people to share lifelong me
