Big Rock Resort

I can’t speak of Big Rick without first saying how kind, friendly and efficient everyone is there. They are a pleasure!! Everything is very well maintained and the cabins are very cozy. The furniture was comfortable, the bed so cozy we didn’t want to leave it. The fishing was fantastic. We went the third week in October and nearly had the entire place to ourselves and still got to enjoy beautiful fall colors. Reservations fill fast. It is our favorite place to visit.

I’ve been coming here since 1984 with my father and Uncle. Now I bring my wife and kids to enjoy the serenity. Different owners obviously, but the same good old fashioned family service. I’d give it a no star rating just to keep people from finding out about this place. LOL. I’ve witnessed someone from shore pull in a 8-10 lb rainbow. All Staff are awesome. Mike makes sure my boat has all required safety gear and gassed up every day. Alisa is a pleasure to talk to and is attentive with all requests.

We dealt with Pedro. Pedro is old school. He has great customer service skills. He is genuine and not trying to hustle us more money. The pontoon boat that we rented was very clean. They provided towels to try off the seats. The motor started every time with one click. They even provided us with a fishing net.

Spent five nights at Big Rock Resort this past week and loved every minute of our stay. We had four generations from age eight to 87 in our group and there was something for everyone to enjoy. ||We were very pleased with the accommodations. The cabins were clean, beds were comfortable and customer service was great. Alisa and her staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful and very responsive. This was our first stay at BRR and we look forward to visiting again in the future!

We’ve been to big rock resort a few times over the year. We had to skipped a couple years and we’re so happy to be back. The staff was fantastic. The accommodations were great and the lake was beautiful. Highly recommended for a family trip. We will definitely be back next year.
