This place and Aurora are run by slumlords. Connie seemed nice at first until she was paid. Don't give them your credit card! Black mold galour! Water damage so bad you can fall through floor, maggots on kitchen floor first morning of vacation, everywhere sewer flies, disgusting water you can't brush your teeth with. I left quickly and took the loss! Health Department should shut them down.

Really nice development. Houses range from average family home to really sweet mini mansions. Well kept neighborhood. Yards are maintained and attractive. Have visited a family there several times and just seems like nice neighborhood over all.

Rented a rv for 750$/ Month and 750$ deposit, was told that 100$ would be taken out for a cleaning fee. Upon moving into the rv it wasn’t clean at all, had dead bugs all in the kitchen and bathroom, old crumbs were on the kitchen counter and floor wasn’t swept. I called and texted management and got told that nothing can be done. Would not recommend!

At first when i lived there it was fine, people where so nice we only had a issue with one neighbor. Then within a year when that rain storm hit, the neighborhood wouldn't stop smelling bad. Plus we lost power for 6 days and it wasn't any fault. The landlord was always yelling at my friends when we would hang out in the neighborhood pool which was on for that trailer park! DON'T MOVE THERE PLZZZ

I have stayed here for almost 3 months. The owners are very nice people.They keep the grounds very clean. I have seen no bugs. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating to your every need. Pleasant relaxing pool And a very relaxing swing on the dock just to sit there, watch the the fish jumpinginthe river, you can fish or just relax with man's best friend. And yes they do allowed dogs. There are areas to have a picnic. There is a laundromat. And a very nice inground pool. The new owners have really fixed the place up nice. They must be doing something right because they're always busy with new people coming in. I stay in one of the cabins and I love it here.
