Customer Reviews
This is Definitely NOT a resort! Grounds unkept, RV spots are on sand and grass- no concrete or gravel, and our two sites were sandy ruts. There is no cable hookup, you have to get a router from the office for $1.00 a day to watch TV. Internet is terrible, and TV shows are constantly buffering. The majority of the campers were long term rentals which gave the sites with all their stuff a very junky look. The pictures on their website make the campground look nice, but that’s NOT what we experienced. The camp “Host” was next to our two sites, and her site was VERY cluttered and Junky. Not a good look for their “Host”.
We stayed at Gulf Coast RV Resort the park was clean. Bathrooms and Pool area was well kept and very quiet. Nicest Laundry rooms I have been in. They need a clubhouse and some more amenities. Kristi was amazing she helped us and gave lots of area information. She also helped my husband with sewer connectors. Kristi took time to make sure we were good in setting up our site. She even followed up with us after closing to make sure we had what we needed.
Very clean!! Community center is really nice and very clean. Restrooms are Air conditioned and Laundry Room. Office is welcoming and very quite place for your RV or Camper
Bathrooms are clean, dogs loved the dog park!! All the other people staying here are really nice and we even made some friends. We love that it’s so close to Crystal River, Yankeetown and rainbow river. Definitely centrally located for all water sport activities. The staff is amazing. The maintenance staff does a really good job keeping the pool and grounds clean and Jayne in the office is the nicest lady ever. 10 stars. Will definitely be back when we’re in town.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! NOT A GOOD THING. Want to get back to nature? Better yet, how about a 3rd world country? Try this RV park. Make sure you are equipped with a water filtration system that can turn sewer water into something that won't blow up your R.V. Our R.V. gas alarm started going off in the middle of the night, We couldn't figure out why, I thought we had a gas leak, turned out after having a service call it was gas combustion coming off our black water tank straight from the water provided by the park. Water smells so bad, it's disgusting, I wouldn't bathe my dog in it, little alone cook with it. Don't even get me started about the sketchy internet that comes and goes at will. Seriously though, if you have a good imagination, close your eyes, smell the water and you'll thin
