By far the best experience I have had at a hotel. My boyfriend and I traveled to meet family and his sister and was told about the hotel by my uncle and I have to say I was impressed! The gentleman working the front was so accommodating to our questions and needs. Room interior felt really up to date. Exceeded our expectations by a longshot.

Needed a last minute room for high school graduation and party for family. I booked on line, was over charged of course. Check in was ok. I had no idea there were still smoking rooms in and hotel/motels. Had to go back to reception for a new room. Room was clean and well stocked. It was stuffy and took a little bit for it to get cool. The mattress seriously needs to be updated!!! It was like sleeping on a spring. If I HAD to be in that area again I would stay at this best western! Hopefully someone will put another option in eventually.

I know this place has some ranging reviews, but I stayed here October 2025 and I only review if it’s really bad or really good, and this one was surprisingly good, at least better than I thought. I stayed here because my dad booked it when he got worried I had too far of a drive home from a wedding. Check in was very easy even though I came in very late. The room was clean. The bathtub looked like it was just refinished, literally not a spot of anything anywhere. I will say, the breakfast is lacking some protein. It’s mostly bread, cereal, and waffles.

We booked a room that showed a beautiful pool, hot tub in room, the whole works. Got there and pool was destroyed. Nothing like the pictures. Breakfast was nasty and staff was rude. We left the 2nd day and dis not get refunded. Please do not stay at this hotel. It sucked.

You know they dont clean the floors when there's a huge knife beside the bed on the floor. Floors were DIRTY! The entire room is fake wood, no carpet and after walking barefeet, our feet were literally black!!!! Not just dirty - BLACK. As if the floors had never ever been cleaned. The pool was permanently closed, but no where on their website says that. Room looked decent. I've stayed in hotels/motels all over the U.S. & these were some of the worst mattresses ever. "Sink holes" in them, uneven, just bad. Breakfast was so-so, a very continental, old school breakfast: bananas, muffins & a waffle maker - there is not a breakfast attendant and they will not restock the food.
