Best Western Rose Quartz Inn

We had a wonderful 2-day stay. Everyone was kind and attentive. There were free bottles of water, snacks, and an assortment of delicious cookies and even chocolates available not only on check in, but also on the following day. The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and bright, and everything was in working order. The breakfast was better than expected with a wide variety of food including fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Positive: Staff was so warm and welcoming!!! Negative: Seems dated. busy mostly clean. I was missing shower wash since no soaps were provided. So I showered with shampoo.

We recently stayed here one night after visiting Lassen NP. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was very good. As we were leaving, the front desk clerk gave us a travel packet with water and snacks! How thoughtful. All in all, we had a very restful and relaxing night. I’d recommend staying here if this works with your schedule.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The person at the front desk was very friendly and informative, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The common spaces throughout the hotel were well maintained and very clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, offering plenty of space to relax. That said, the room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The pictures were all taken the day I checked in within an hour of being in the room.

We felt that the staff exceeded our expectations with the personal measures that they took to care for the guests. The room had plenty of space and the restroom was clean. Breakfast included fresh fruit and you could see the employee was very passionate about her job, refilling condiments and items as they ran low, not running out. There were cookies all day and coffee at the front office. The gym did the trick for a light workout. Parking was easy and free. There is also plenty of food that is walking distance and a cute little park. Great proximity from Lassen National Park!
