Best Western Roanoke Inn & Suites

The rooms were okay. The beds were squeaky. In the first room we were given, the toilet was broken, so we had to change rooms. The envelopes for the key cards were reused, which seemed odd and unsanitary. There was a hole in the wall in the hallway, and a dirty towel wrapped around a flower pot in the hall. We slept okay, and the A/C was cool. Overall, the hotel needs a deep clean and update.

Positive: The room was clean, decor updated and check in was easy Negative: The rooms are older - shower leaked, toilet ran and the sink was very slow to drain. The breakfast was completely empty an hour and a half before it ended and it took over 45 min to restock anything and then it was not enough for the people waiting.

I don't normally review places. The management was great, the room however. Turned on the jacuzzi tub and dirt, skin and hair came out of the jets. Manager cleaned it after finding cleaning supplies, but it is clear its not cleaned and checked like it should be. The bathroom sink didn't drain or drains extremely slow. Ac on 65 barely kept the room comfortable. They have direct TV but only 40ish channels, and only 3 apps you can log into tubi nextflix and prime.

Worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. They charged me twice for my room due to an error with the Best Western website. Problems with the television in the first room and numerous plumbing issues in my second room.

Really a very nice stay for the price! The rooms were clean and quiet. Bring slippers, though, because they are not carpeted. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely stay again!
