Best Western Richfield Inn

It is an older hotel, but is very clean and well kept. Everyone we encountered who worked there was very pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty, and the location was perfect for us. Also, the rooms were very well insulated. We did not hear any noise from other guests, or outside. We would definitely recommend this hotel.**note-there are no elevators, but they are more than happy to accommodate you and put you on the first floor if you have any mobility issues.5 stars

We stayed here for approximately 5 days after hitting a deer on the I70. It's a great place to stay. The couple that run the hotel are awesome! We got to know them in the few days that we were there. Both are extremely nice and go out of their way to make sure your stay is a great experience. The place is spotless and the free breakfast is always fresh and delicious. The room we rented had twin queen size beds, refrigerator and microwave, which was a nice surprise. I don't usually write reviews, so the fact that I'm writing one hopefully says something.

Positive: Nice staff and great price! Also wonderful hot breakfast. Very good value. Negative: The shower heads are aerated and spray everywhere. Pillows were hard squares.

Needed a place to stay for one night while traveling. We came in late, the manager had everything ready. Check in was fast, place was super clean ❤️ and everyone that we interacted with was very nice, convenient breakfast!! Bonus was they take pets and the fee was reasonable!! Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Best Western in Richfield. I was traveling with a disabled son and a puppy. Avi at the front desk made our experience wonderful. He helped me find rooms that would work for my family and he let us check in a little early. He was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. We will definitely stay there again.
