This is a basic motel with a reasonable price for what you get. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The one thing they didn't have but they had said they had were rolling beds or cots so that an extra person could sleep in the room- so that was a bit of an issue for us. There wasn't enough hot water for us to shower and a nice pool. The free breakfast was your basic not particularly tasty food but it is free and then we went out for a wonderful lunch at a nice restaurant.
This hotel has a great location for Indy Pass - 30ish minutes from 4 mountains. We returned this year after staying last year as well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is top notch. My daughter talked about the endless bacon all year - she calls it the bacon hotel. The hotel is not fancy but is clean and the rooms are a good size. Big pool for the kids and a sauna. We had a family emergency during our stay and the management was very accommodating and helpful.
We had a pleasant stay overall. We didn’t need to interact much with staff, but the check-in process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the option to check in ahead of time. It was also nice that the hotel reached out to ask if we needed anything during our stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a great size for a hotel and clearly well kept. Common areas were tidy, and while the game room didn’t have a large variety of options, it had enough to keep the kids entertained for a bit. The gym was sufficient for a decent workout, and breakfast was fine with the typical American options you’d expect. Another plus was the convenient location—we found attractions, coffee spots, and pharmacies nearby, which made our stay even easier. Thank your for hosting
Positive: "" Negative: Outside I was using the fire pit and there was a smell like the septic tank needs to be emptied. Also, breakfast had no eggs, no pancakes, coffee machine was broke very disappointing.
I would like to start by saying that the hotel is always well maintained with a friendly and welcoming staff. My wife and I have stayed here many times over the past few years because of the closeness to Plymouth State. ||This weekend though we stayed and had an unsettling experience. I booked through the app and paid for my weekend stay with a portion of a gift card. When we checked in I used the balance to pay the pet fee for my dog and the whole amount of the remaining balance was used even though there should have been funds remaining. When my wife woke up Saturday morning she looked at our bank account and saw that a hold was put on our bank card for the amount of our stay including the pet fee. I brought this to the attention of the staff and was informed that this was normal even wh
