Best Western Plus Wasco Inn & Suites

We stopped here to spend the night on the way to Joshua Tree. The rooms were very nice and the STAFF was amazing! We had already checked out of our hotel and I didn’t realize I forgot my bag and one of the employees ran out of the hotel to make sure I didn’t forget it. I was amazed at how sincere he was! I wish I got his name. What wonderful people highly recommend!

Nice, quiet hotel, located close to gas stations, a Denny’s restaurant, and a Walmart. Elevator is a bit slow but functional. Remaining facilities are clean and operating in good order. Front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff are very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and WiFi access are good. Nice vale.

Positive: The breakfast was great! Negative: Walls do need some soundproofing, they are very thin and could hear the next room guests activities.

I was hoping to get a room with a hot tub but It was out of order the hole building has only one hot tub and is out of order and is for handicap besides me not getting my hot tub the rooms were clean towels and washcloths were provided nice and clean and in the morning you get complimentary breakfast have apple juice orange juice coffee milk egg sausage bacon pancakes add bagels overall the food was good good place to stay clean just no hot tub

I frequently stay at this hotel for work and I have had a good experience each time with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms as well as customer service from all staff members. Myself and other coworkers will specifically request to stay at this hotel for our work projects even if it adds a lot of time to our commute. I don't enjoy staying out of town, but I am grateful to at least always be met with friendly staff members, and clean and comfortable rooms when I do.
