Best Western Plus River Escape Inn & Suites

This hotel sits right on the river, our room had a balcony overlooking the river and it so very nice and clean and updated. My only complaint with the room was the lighting in the bathroom needs to be updated, it was kind of dark trying to put on makeup. The furnishings were nicely appointed, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hallways smelled Amazing! I dont know what type of airfreshners they were pumping through but it was so nice! The breakfast was good, it was your typical hotel buffet breakfast but it was good and the area was clean. The breakfast area offers a view of the river as well as outdoor tables overlooking it. It was a beautiful location and a very nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

The staff was amazing! Service was second to none. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Especially Susan checking in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area! Debbie was equally great with the breakfast and the staff was so great with our young toddler! We loved the heated pool and hot tub everyday! Will definitely come back!

The room was clean, although items were in need of repair. It didn't alter my view of cleanliness, which is very important. The view was awesome, what a great location. Front desk agent very efficient with checking us in. Noise wasn't an issue and the hotel was pretty busy. Overall, it was a great stay.

An amazing hotel! The setting is beautiful with a view of the river from the breakfast area and our balcony. Beds were comfortable - very soft. Breakfast had many options, including a machine to make fancy coffee. Quiet and clean. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends!
