Best Western Plus Riata

Not a bad place to lay your head down for a couple of days. Overall, Nice, clean rooms. Staff was friendly at check-in. The hallway and stairway areas need some updating, but I'd stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The first time was smooth and everything was great. This time, however, was different. While the rooms, breakfast, and hotel itself are what you expect from a Best Western, the service received was disappointing. When I checked in, I asked the Manager, Patricia, if I was able to change the card used to book the room. She told me that she was not able to because I booked through a third party and they had already put a hold on my card prior to checking in and if she changed it now, the third party would reach out to her and tell her she had to charge the card used at booking. Interesting, I travel for work quite often and have never been told this despite using the same third party. I said I understood and went to my room. I later call

I am here in brownwood for work. My company paid for two weeks two rooms. My co worker and I travel constantly so we know how hotels work. We might have dome dirty clothes on the floor or dinner trash still on the table. But we got a call through our company that said we had to leave immediately, that there was vomit and feces all over both of our rooms. My room was pretty well clean when I got back too it. Two little piles of clothes from the past two days and chinese food containers on the desk infront of the TVs. No vomit in either room and no "shit" in any chairs which was what was supposedly why we got kicked out after only three days of our 2 week stay. They will ignore your privacy please sign and be in your room every other day. The manager threatened to call the co
